Moving to scales (weighing things) = lesser number of things to use = lesser number of things to clean = lesser mess overall = win-win.
The only lose-lose could be the win-win on the weight around your waist if you’re making more cakes by weighing :p
Honestly though, it’s really easier than taking the 27 cups out for measuring the 1/4ths and 2/3rds.
