This was probably the heartiest meal I had in Seville in these two days.  Probably because of the lack of vegetarian options at the classic Spanish places.   If you are a vegetarian and haven’t found enough places to eat well, Vantana could be your friend.


This one in what seemed to be ‘happening’ neighbourhood of Calle Cuna was vegan, though there was nothing Spanish about it.  But they got their sangria right, even without the fruits and all.

We ordered some bulgur and stir fry and artichokes.  Not a heavy meal, but satisfying.  And so colorful.  And flavorful.  And healthy.
