The first of ‘that’ week. Fairly limited vegetarian options, but whatever there were, were great on taste. And limited vegetarian options means more desserts 🙂
Starting with the Priora blend and a Barbera d’Asti, we had the pesto cavatelli, eggplant parmesan, broccoli rabe. Desserts were the chocolate souffle cake (which was more like chocolate lava – no complaints) and little beignets. Finished off with Alcyone Tannat dessert wine.
