It was a fun Friday lunch with fellow foodies, at this nice place called Soba Totto. Friendly staff, good food and great company, what else do we want, eh!?
I started off with a Daishichi plum wine, went with the server’s recommendation for that. Subtle and sweet is how I would describe it. This was followed by a big portioned meal combination of hot soba, edamame and sticky rice. And a green salad with a flavorful dressing. I got the Sansai – mountain vegetables & mushrooms. Abundant quantities of those petite tender mushrooms, tender soba and a lightly seasoned broth made for a warm lunch on a cold Spring day.
The place was bustling with people by the time we left. Read more about their team and how they add elegance and simplicity to a meal here.
Cheers to a fun-filled lunch and many more to come!
