Decor was very good. The place was loud and chatty, not as much with the music but with the all the talking.
Linguine ***
The linguine was served warm. It was a decent portion and the flavors of lemon were prominent and imparted a nice tangy taste to the dish. The pickled chilies gave it a hint of spice. The cheese was in perfect quantity and fabulously crisp sprinkled on the top. The linguine met expectations and the size was appropriate for a person.
Brussel Sprouts *
The brussel sprouts seemed to be done in a sweet sour sauce and seemed a little less crispy. It did not meet expectations. Served warm, the portion was generous.
Olive Oil Cake ***
The olive oil cake was very soft, rich and filling. It was served at room temperature. The lemon zest added wonderful flavors to the cake, and the blueberry compote and soft cream added to the richness of the cake. The dessert was visually appealing and met expectations.
The place won’t turn out pricey for the vegetarians.
