So even if we reached here at 2:30 or so, that was fine. Having to walk thirty-ish minutes from the St. Peter’s Basilica was fine. We had to eat this pizza.
It was more like a well risen focaccia bread, with a variety of toppings. From potatoes to collard greens to the bean pulses to fresh vegetables. And wine!
We ATE! And drank! It was good, and thankfully, not as busy.
The funny thing happened when I asked a couple of people about ‘pizzarium’ right outside the Basilica and they didn’t know about it. I almost smirked! How could they not know it. Or so I felt, based on the quick reviews I read of the place.
