The previous day, we assumed that this would be closed by the time we got there, so skipped it. This day, having had measly sandwiches for lunch in the parks, we wanted to eat something heartier and decided to try our luck here. And Nando’s was open.
The sister and her husband knew what to order, so they did, for the family. I asked them to include the coleslaw, which they loved.
Burgers, rice, grilled vegetables, spinach, fries and the slaw – we went all in on ordering everything vegetarian there. And the food tasted delivered for your usual fast food joint.
Crisp fries, nice buns, decent patties and flavourful sauces.
I digged in on the piri piri sauces.
The place had an outdoor seating which we made use of, so the kids could do their playing as well.
Wish you happy meals and good fortunes, like the legend of the Barcelos cockerel and Nando’s logo.
