Sasha Petraske of Milk & Honey fame provides stupendous drinks that go down smooth at this village speakeasy.
If you want to sit, go early to beat the rush, else grab a drink or two at the bar area.
Much to my surprise, these speakeasy aren’t that hard on the pockets as the fancy NYC restaurants’ cocktail prices.
They so not have any small bites – nuts and small hard pretzels is all you can get. On what I saw and understood that day, people do not spend hours there. Maybe that’s what they want as well. The decor is very simplistic and rugged den-like.
The servers seemed snotty, but with a smile. But no complains, really. Worth a go.
Cheers to good times.
