A build your own bowl / salad type of a place in midtown.
I got the Roasted Roots bowl and replaced quinoa for freekeh. It had kale, warm seasonal root veggies, bell peppers, roasted mushrooms, spicy pepitas, scallions, parsley & yellow beet vinaigrette. The freekeh made it more filling compared to a regular salad. And of course the root vegetables too 🙂
