Cooking: Noodles Stir Fry

Making stir fried noodles is fairly easy if you don’t have to chop all the vegetables.  I used a packet of frozen Asian vegetables, some whole wheat spaghetti, some brown rice and quinoa spaghetti to toss up these noodles.

Finely chopped ginger and garlic tossed in hot oil followed by the vegetables, followed by soy sauce, sriracha, corn flour paste and the boiled noodles gave me this.
