Dried peas, soaked overnight, then pressure cooked on high to three whistles, in just a little water. Once the cooker cools down, put back on heat to evaporate any water. Added a little salt and turmeric powder in the process, didn’t stir using a spoon, just kept tossing the utensil.
Once at room temperature, added some chopped onions, tomatoes, hand whipped yogurt, coriander garlic chutney, tamarind date chutney. Topped off with gram flour crisps and some fresh coriander leaves.
