Bills Ginza was for the hubster and the child.
This Australian chain of Bill Granger’s reflects the Australian spirit – sunny, easy-going and generous, as they say. While a local place to enjoy the fluffy pancakes would’ve been more real, this place was good, still.
The perfect brunch place, for those who prefer. We got their famed fluffy ricotta hotcakes for the child, their scrambled eggs for the hubster which he quite enjoyed, and a toasted sourdough sandwich.
Don’t recollect my cocktail, but it was the spiced almond milk chai tea for the hubster.
Huge, spacious and be prepared for a wait if going during peak hours. We’d started relatively early on Saturday, so it wasn’t that bad.
