Wild Mushroom and Butternut Squash Crepes, Pomegranates, Almonds, Brown Butter
The dish was visually attractive, served warm and appropriately portioned for one person. Star of the dish – the nice flavors of salt complementing pomegranate. And brown butter sauce is a no-brainer. Trust you me!

Brussels Sprouts, Honey Crisp Apples, Goat Cheese, Pomegranates, Apple Cider Vinaigrette
A different take than usual on the brussels sprouts, the salad was served cold in a cold plate. It appeared very appetizing and the portion was generous. I am sure it would have been so much better with the goat cheese, not that it was bad otherwise. Skipped the goat cheese because I’m preggers.

Grilled Pizza, Caramelized Onions, Toasted Garlic
The pizza was appropriately portioned for one person and was pleasing to the eye. It was well grilled but the bread seemed a bit chewy and there was a lot of cheese. It smelled a sharp smell and I could not summon the courage to try it, but the hubster did. He was not quite pleased.

Asparagus, Green Peppercorn Vinaigrette

House Breads! Good!

Pistachio Creme Brulee
The dessert was served at room temperature and was so smooth and perfectly sweet. The dessert was presented well with the biscotti.
